Veri fine desaturation; like the soft greytones. But, IMHO, the position of the girl hand is a bit unnatural.

No, she hadn`t known I was shooting her.. It`s completely natural ;o) I`ve just transformed this picture to the grayscale and put back the colour of her sleeve..
